She's danced on Broadway, in Hollywood blockbusters and on international tour and brings her love of movement, shapes and clean living to the hot room.She is a 600 hr CYT with certifications in Power Yoga & Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Hot Hatha, Vinyasa, Hand Balancing, Yin, Prenatal and Mat Pilates whom now teaches in-person workshops, privates and group classes in her home city, Vancouver, BC.A breast cancer survivor, Tonya Kay's mission is to create your body as a place to feel strong, take pride in, have fun with and come home to through all of life's changes.
